Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

A couple days ago I bought "Invincible - Two Steps From Hell."
I like it, anyone else got it? Know of any other albums similar?

itunes will tell what's similar; put it in search area, and the look toward the bottom of the page for other "like" albums.
Use streaming audio programs such as lastfm & pandora. I'll search on lastfm for a particular song I heard, then play that artist's "station". Doing so plugs that artist into your lastfm library. They suggest new artists as you build on your 'likes'.

While not as dark or techish...
Western film themes of the 50 were so grandiose. I think The Big Country ought to be the national anthem.
Bernard Herrmann wrote many great semi-classical style film scores.
Aaron Copland was the great American composer. Modernist. Fanfare For the Common Man was covered by ELP.

Oh, I know about the similar stuff. I was just looking for opinions from others. The like or similar stuff isn't always that great. For me the better selections always seem to come from people I know. However, none of my friends listen to any form of classical music, so I thought I would try here. :)

Wow, that title cut's pretty darn majestic! All I can think of are metal equivalents from the likes of Dragonforce, Iron Maiden, etc. I swear I've played some RTS video games with that theme.
Am I Not Human starts off kinda like a Tangerine Dream song, so check some Tangerine Dream out. My favorite albums are the Sorcerer Soundtrack and Rubicon.
Here's a good cut from Sorcerer:

If you dig the Tangerine Dream, you might like Jean Michel Jarre.

Yeah, I can see it, different tones and the music is more kind of eighties digital.
