Foo - I want to thank Chipcom.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Foo,
A few years ago he gave me this saddle. I want to thank you Chipcom but I have decided to retire the saddle you gave me. Chip, if you would like it back PM me.

Today I picked up a new one (below). It's not as nice looking but it fits my wide butt a little better.

Maybe if you kept the 'couch' a bit cleaner, you wouldn't end up with these weird diseases.

Disease? Well, that depends. Did you wear underwear under your shorts?

It was more comfortable than other ass hatchets I've had. I knew it would look maaaaaaavlous on your bike...and you know what Fernando says daaaling, it's better to look good than to feel good! :D

Some people have PMed me to ask what saddle I picked up. I do not have enough posts to reply to PMs yet. I'm working on that.
With that said, my new Saddle is a Sonoma by Specialized and I purchased it from my LBS here in Pittsburgh. I've found them online but I think my new one may be an older model. They have a few left at my LBS for $45. PM me with your email address and I would be more than happy to pick one up and send it your way.

Nice saddle, have it on my touring bike and think I'll switch it to my road bike.
I have nothing to contribute to this thread.
It's just every time I click on it I find myself staring at the red yellow and blue. It's quite trippy.

I've only used it for 20 miles in the Kitchen and so far it's really comfy. The LBS or Specialized offers a 90 break in period. However, I have ideas of bringing it back.

And just think, it's been on Chip's and Couch's butt!

Lysol it and it's good to go. Sell it as "Like New" on ebay! If you do, don't forget to post the listing here so we can all watch it.

If you wish, you can tell me elsewhere, and let me know who asked. I can inform them.

They do hold a "blue light" over the seat to check for accidental DNA upon returns.Save the embarassment and just keep the dam thing,or give it to someone here:)
Chip's saddle has been sent out to its new owner.

Is that new owner perhaps also the proprietor of a medical incinerator?
