I need a set of the thumb release levers for my dual control shifters. Shimano part #'s

These are not normally available from the parts warehouses as separate items so I'd need a set from someone who took them off his/her controls and has them hiding in their tool/junk box.
(Yes I know I can ride/shift without them, but I WANT them.)
