This (amongst other things) is the begining of the end. Man is never satified with what nature provides, they have to ask why? how? then tamper with things they will never understand, tamper with things they could never understand, and in the end you will see them all crying and asking,"Why! Why us! What have we done to deserve this horrible end!" Hopefully a voice will answer,"You ****ed with **** you shouldn't have ****ed with you ****ing idiots! Thats why!" LOL!

I dont see the concern. Mankind has always had tremendous success when we manipulate nature. Personally I'm looking forward to when humans are able to create earthquakes and volcanic eruptions at will. Ah, good times a-comin'.

They could easily re-purpose the planes currently creating chemtrails to make rain.
