There has been a lot of interest recently regarding what training schemes should be undertaken for maximum success for racers in 2011.

Given the large amount of threads and user-generated content, I decided to do some legwork for all of you out there, and gather (from various sources) a range of training options that will cover the largest section of training preferences & tastes.

After consulting the experts, searching through threads, and gathering as many varying opinions as I could - the options have been formatted similarly for easy comparison and will be presented herein.

ahem....

Without Further Adieu, let me present

Confession: sometimes we just buy the generic "Kid-O's" or "TuxedOs"(?) instead of the real deal.

How much it will affect this season's results is yet to be seen.

I put $0.50 into a vending machine at the stop-n-go bathroom and was given a training plan.

Don't use it. Those are old and out of date. The current training plans are 4 quarters these days.

unless the girlscouts have capitulated and now sell approved training plans, I am forced to conclude that you are taking substances which have not been approved by UCI (universal cookie inspectors)...

This is a problem.

Be aware, you may be tested or picked up for your egregious violations of the CBP (cycling biscuit passport)

Let me guess;
after following your plan with great zeal, at the end of the season with zero results, your reply.... "well, that's how the cookie crumbles"
