Hi all,
I've been lurking this forum, I guess the better part of a year and half now.
My name is Mike. I live in Los Angeles, and really can't stand driving. I hate spending so much time sitting still and yelling at traffic. So, after a year and a half of thinking and saving, I finally bought a Surly Cross Check to replace my daily drive to work.
Between high school and now (about 12 years), I haven't done much biking at all beyond a beach cruiser. With the new bike, I'll be doing daily commuting and hopefully some faster paced rides on the weekend.
Anyway, looking forward to actually posting on the forums.
