Hello, i have not done any exercise since i left school in 1995, but inbetween looking after 2 wee ones & working part time i needed 'something' so i dug out my bike as its free & i love the outdoors, and what do you know - i think im hooked! My bike leaves alot to be desired, as does my fitness level - shockingly bad at hills - but im out there & im loving it. My hubby cant believe i have been out most days for 2 weeks now *even in rain*.
So hello, and where can i get some decent but cheapish clothing?
