I have started to ride mountain bike this summer and would like to ride something in winter. What size mountain bike do I need if I am 5 ft 6in?

I am looking at some inexpensive addition.
is Jamis Trail X2 2009 a good one? how much it could cost?
and is it a good winter bike?

I would say a medium. But you need to your LBS and try some out. As far as price goes, that depends on what you get your self into. A trail worthy bike should be some where around 800 bucks.

As far as a winter bike Im not understanding the question. Are you going to ride it on the street? Or on the trail?
