I recently picked up an old Panasonic, and can not find out anything about it. The side reads Panasonic Cycle Deluxe with the Cycle Deluxe part in sort of a cursive writing. Does anyone know anything about this bike? I'm guessing somewhere between 77-80?

Are you sure it is Cycle Deluxe and not Sport Deluxe? Sport Deluxes are very common but I have never seen a Cycle Deluxe. Sport's are generally the lower end of Panasonic's line up.

Posting pictures will help if it is a Cycles Deluxe or a list of the components.

Its just the frame, no other components. I did a fixie conversion and was just curious about the frame because I've never seen one like it187565187566. Here are the pictures

Hi, Just a note for the books.... I have a Panasonic Sport Deluxe from the late '70's that is tagged Chro-mo. I bought it used long ago and immediately weighed it on digital scales at 19.7 lbs. I was shocked, so i ran it into my company's metallurgical lab and indeed its weight is 19.7 lbs. with pedals, seat, etc. Maybe some models were assembled with other model frames to finish an order???? Might be worth checking out.....187704
