I've finally chosen the bike I'm getting - a 2004 Kona Stuff. This looks to be a great bike for my needs as I do Aggro xc and freeriding, (I'll upgrade the transmission later). Only question is about the fork. It's a drop off comp, 110mm. I went to the marzocchi website and it says the fork is 110/130 mm. Does this mean the fork has an adjustable knob on it, or that it can be changed by a marzocchi dealer like the 2004 dirt jumpers?

also, does anyone know how much travel the frame can take, in case I want more later.

The stuff is not really an XC bike. It's a heavy thing. How heavy are you? If you're not too heavy, the Cinder Cone will work. The stuff really isn't great for xc, but you could do it.

The hoss will work if you're heavy. And beacuse the oss is made for heavier weights and if you're light, then the hoss would work.

The stuff is an excellent bike, but if you're xcing ALOT then you may want to reconsider.

he said his riding style is more agressive cross country and free riding. the bike's fine for what he wants to do with it.

i'm not exactly sure here, but i think it's the same as the dirt jumpers. the fork probably comes in 2 versions, 110mm and 130mm. and can probably be changed by someone who knows how to service the fork or by sending it to marzocchi to have it adjusted.

Hooligan, I do ride xc tracks, but in a more aggro xc style, and not that much of it anyway. All the same, does anyone know the weight of the bike?
