Touring - Handlebar bag with Airstrykes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I've never toured before, but am really getting an itch this winter.
Camping and biking combined, perfect.
This winter, I'm in the process of setting up my cockpit area so I can take my first (short) tour this spring.
I've got trekking bars and Airstrykes and am wondering if anyone knows of a decent size handlebar bag (think camera, jacket, snack, hat) that will work under the airstryks.
I'm also hoping for a map pouch, for maybe on top of the airstryks

Add a second stem, threadless, beneath the one on there, replaces about 40mm of spacers,
then you can fit the QR handle bar bag mount on a section of 1" tube,
add a number of extra distractions on the tube too mileage computer , iPod etc.
I have used both Rixen and Kaul Klick Fix bar bag mounts and Ortlieb, Arkel is another good brand.
KF makes a number of accessory mounts, and in a plastic bag , maps stay dry
have a boat shop ? big navigational chart holders are sold there.

I use this map case with my Air Strykes:

Its Velcro straps allow it to fit nicely to the bars, which are not shown in this picture.
I placed small squares of Velcro on the bottom of the map case, and matching squares on the top of the aerobars, to help keep the case from flapping around.
This system has worked flawlessly for me since 1998.

I haven't used a large bag beneath my airstrykes but I do use a medium seat bag on the airstrykes. The straps that connect to the seat rails loop over the airstrykes and the strap that connects to the seatpost is connected to the stem. Make sure the rail straps are long enough to go around the bars or loop around the bag.
This should work with a large saddle bag also.
I have used this bag on my airstrykes for 2 years now.
I will try to post a photo later.

Can you please tell me where you got the map pouch?
And Thanks! (for responding prior, and maybe even after).

Good guess about France. But it was Ticino (Switzerland) where I was chased down by a marauding herd of cows. (They spent a lot of time licking the sweat-soaked handlebars!)
I bought the map case at Velotique in Toronto.

The one I use is described as "Map Case" (as opposed to "Arkel Map Case")
