What's up everyone,
I recently decided to try out the whole biking deal and I'm going to be picking up an old Trek 600 on Friday. Someone I know is selling it and I was told to go 80's and invest as little as possible just to try it out so that's what I'm gonna do. I really like the STI shifters that I used when I test rode a Trek 1.1 so I think that might be the first thing I'll do with the bike, but I'd really like to slowly build it up the way I want it. If anyone has any suggestions on some new upgrades for it I'd really appreciate it, plus I don't know what kind of things will fit on it, i.e. handlebars, forks, etc. Like if there's a certain size or type.
