Foo - You should hear the guy in the cube next to me assault an apple

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I mean it is literally obscene the way he slurps, sucks and munches on a piece of fruit. He sounds like a pig eating a trough full of watermelon rinds and oatmeal.

Probably as annoying as having to read inane nonsense about eating habits that have nothing to do with cycling.

Yeah, those PC guys can get pretty noisy with their Apple bashing.

I prefer the crunch of a plastic-bodied Mac to the aluminum models. Why, I once ate an entire PowerBook G3 (Pismo) in one sitting.

So start letting loose with the cheek-rattling, Clapper-activating 'gaseous emissions' into your desk chair.

hehe - I have a co-worker - new to the office stuff (oh wait - no he's been here now nearly 3 years) and while he has the tell-tale clipping of fingernail stuff, burping, sniffing, picks his nose too, etc - his eating habits include slurping everything out of a container - especially yogurt - he licks his plates and bowls audibly and sticks his fingers into yogurt containers, etc to audibly lick his fingers and utensils to get every freaking morsal off of anything edible - he really has quite the worst eating mannerisms I've seen in a long time. I have to put my headphones on at lunchtime ...

I wish I had coworkers like that. My wife gets mad at me cause I slurp my soup and I can balance a dinner plate on my head.

I would have leaned over to him while he's digging his finger in the yogurt container and said "Dang dude, that looks HELLA good! Is it?" Or another one - "You know they have more of that in the grocery store, right?"

Ah, I thought you were talking about me until you got to the yogurt part. Whew! :D

I think I can hear that guy clear over at Kodak.

The worst cow-orker I've had for odious habits was a guy who would do chaw, spit loudly into a clear plastic Coke bottle, let the brown stuff build up like it was a trophy or something, then empty it in the breakroom sink (where it would stay or clog the drain), and then start anew with the same, crusty bottle.

Just the thought of that... urg.

Thanks, dude, I'm going to be sick now. It reminds me too much of when I used to have to stomp on the beer cans for recycling that my dad used to put his dip into when I was a kid.

My friend, it has everything to do with cycling; I was on BF at work when I posted this.
