How about some decently priced, nicely cut windbreakers with some under spoken logos around the waist. :p

What is the small chance the RETROGRESSION stickers clear and not white? :/

edit: Also, did you run outta Noodles? Don't see them listed anymore, and I noticed some price changes too!

Scrodzilla
02-17-11, 01:56 PM
This batch of stickers are white but some clear ones will be coming soon. Nitto Noddles are still in stock but there are only so many things displayed on our front page. Click the 'handlebars' tab on the right.

Distributors lowering their cost on certain items means we can too. :D

calv
02-17-11, 02:08 PM
Still don't have the handlebars I'm waiting for though ;)

Those clear stickers will look sick!! And I like how you're so legit with the prices dude.

I know man, those things look sick! But why do they only make them in 38cm (I think)? My shoulder width is closer to 42cm lol.

might keep an eye on those 002's when you get them in :)

Deda bars...do want....

Can anyone comment on what an average shipping cost for an item is? Just wondering what the total price of the product would be.

Scrodzilla
02-18-11, 06:50 AM
I totally love those Deda Lowriders.

You can calculate shipping by putting stuff in your cart, choosing your country and clicking 'update total' before checking out.

any chance of you carrying swan style double toe clips in the near future? I want to run double straps but dont want the quad gates.

Scrodzilla

They're out of stock with out distributor right now but I'll keep checking and try to get some soon.

I see you've started selling Pake track frames... Does this mean you might be selling leader frames in the future?

Scrod, what about c'mute frame? Any chance on selling those?

Scrodzilla

We've been considering it but our distributor is out of stock. Maybe by spring.

Capocaccia
02-25-11, 10:57 PM
Please build up those foers and sell complete wheels. It would be the coolest.

Scrodzilla
02-26-11, 06:36 AM
We're working on finding a bigger space to work out of in the spring because we're quickly running out of room where we are right now. Once we do, wheel builds is most likely something that will happen. We probably won't keep complete wheels and wheelsets in stock but will make them to order.

Hey Scrod, how tough is the lockring? I managed to scratch off a chunk of the lockring that came stock on my Motobecane Track and was looking into replacing it.

Scrodzilla
03-13-11, 08:52 AM
My wife and a friend of ours who rides FGFS currently have them on their bikes and they've been awesome. I've had and seen lockrings that get chunks taken out of the notches when tightening/removing them and that's not the case with these (that I've found). I also like that it's a uniform thickness and that your lockring tool can't slip behind it and get stuck between the lockring and cog when tightening it down.

A few people on the forum are using them (NikZak for one off the top of my head) so maybe one of them will chime in.

Hey Scrod,

How have those cogs been holding up? I have a hankering for a 16 and 17 tooth, but I see right now you only carry 17 - 19.

We do have 18t in stock (there was an inventory error that has been fixed).

I have absolutely no issues with them and the one on my bike is holding up just fine and is really quiet.

So since i don't have 50+ posts i cant just shoot you a PM but i want to ask a dumb question...

The cro-mo track COG, you sell in your shop..
It works for the SS side of the hub as well as the FG side correcto?
More concerned if it will work on the SS side than anything though.

Thanks man! (or anyone else who happens to lurk in here and answer this)

Scrodzilla
03-29-11, 08:11 PM
You'll be able to thread it onto the single speed side but you won't have any way of locking it down to prevent it from unthreading when you packpedal or skid. I suppose you could always loctite/rotafix it on but I don't really recommend it.

03-30-11, 02:18 PM
Scrod, dude. I'm going to KUHHRAAAACK soon. I can't wait for those bars anymore hahaha. I'm just ging to order my cog and stuff along with some stuff for my lady's new build. Do you know of any black bullhorns like the Deda's that are 38cm?

yummygooey
03-30-11, 02:33 PM
Mr. Scrod, I would be interested in RB 002s. Maybe not immediately, but pending the price, definitely by mid summer.

Scrodzilla
03-30-11, 05:51 PM
calv - they're coming, I swear! I've been bugging my distributor endlessly just for you. Not sure of anything like the Deda LowRiders in 38cm and it's my understanding they're not being made anymore.

And just for ****s and grins, we've got some suede 80s reissue Turbo saddles (available in brown and black) on the way as well. :D

calv
03-30-11, 06:53 PM
Oh ****! haha Those Turbos sounds sick. My lady probably needs one, don't know if that'll go so good with her redlight/black scheme we got plannin' haha.

calv
03-31-11, 12:38 PM
that sucks about the LowRiders.. You wouldn't happen to have any of these laying around you're willing to sell:

-bullhorns in 38cm (preferably black)
-steel clips size medium <-- I'd get your combo with GR-9's but I don't think my lady would fit the large :/
-black turbo saddle

would you? lol

dk2ck
03-31-11, 04:59 PM
Brown suede turbo reissues? Awesome! Does the brown suede get darker with age? I've been looking for a new saddle...

How much do you think they'll cost, Scrod?

Scrodzilla
03-31-11, 05:09 PM
Not sure on cost for the suede Turbos yet - still waiting to get the wholesale info from our distributor. In the meantime, here's a sneak peek:

http://s.wiggle.co.uk/images/SD30-zoom.jpg

We've also got some nice laminated suede double straps coming down the pipe soon too that I'm very stoked about.

calv - I see if I can dig anything up. The regular vinyl Turbo reissues will be in stock again soon too but I'm not sure when.

Just a comment to say a customer came into our Portsmouth NH bike shop wearing a Bikeage! T-shirt the other day, picking up some bikes we service. Made me grin.

Alright cool, I just ordered a bunch of **** from your shop though, so I don't need the clips as I bought those too from Bells bike shop.

Thanks though dude, hard to find some stuff! haha

So far what I need is a silver 26.8 seatpost, black bullhorns size 38cm, a saddle (i'm sure the turbo will be good enough for my lady), rb-002's for myself, and some silver spacers, and a shim so my stem will fit 1" steerer.. if you got anything of those sorts that you're willing to sell, that'd be great my amigo!

oh yeah and a front brake and levers lol

Scrodzilla
03-31-11, 07:00 PM
Thanks, man. You're one of our best customers.

I think I may have a stem shim and some spacers leftover from when I had my Kilo but I'll have to do some digging around.

Trek Bicycle Store - Portsmouth.

RB-002s available, when?

Scrodzilla
04-02-11, 02:55 PM
Right on. We get up to Portsmouth quite a bit during the Summer but I've never been in that shop. I'll pop in and say hello next time we're there.

Still playing the waiting game on RB-002s. According to our distributor, they've got a huge Nitto order coming from Japan.

oh man. That Turbo will look so nice on my Alyeska. I can't wait, Scrod.

Scrodzilla
04-04-11, 06:24 PM
I can't wait either! My Leader 725 is sitting here waiting for one to grace its Thomson.

The coolest thing about them is that they're much better quality than the standard reissue and are made to the original specs using PerfectFit self-molding padding and FeC rails.

No champion stripes? Not even the angled white lines with the turbo logo? I am really disappoint....

Scrodzilla

I don't care about the stripes but I really wish they'd reissue the perforated model.

YES. :thumb:

Hey scrod is the suede artificial or natural? :p

Scrodzilla
04-06-11, 05:32 PM
It's natural Nubuck leather, which is more durable than actual suede.

The padding on the '80 reissue is nice. I never had a problem with the standard reissues but after parking my ass on one of these, I like them even more.

I loooooove my new Turbo.
