Mine aren't rigged in any way and work just fine:

Some people use long bolts that hold the clip to the pedal and tuck the second strap up underneath them but it's not necessary.

When will the 2012 722TS start being sold? I thought I recalled you had mentioned it'd be a frame/fork combo, any idea of a price-ish? I understand if it's confidential information.

To add of this question, any idea if they are going to eliminate selling 61cm frames if/when they refresh? I know when they refreshed all the aluminum frames they stopped selling anything larger than 58cm. I'm kind of kicking myself for not buying one of the Black Friday deals but I just dropped a bunch of cash on road bike stuff and Xmas gifts for others :( Just couldn't swing it this month.

I'm not sure if will be available as a frameset but there will be a new version of the steel fork with a 30mm rake to accommodate the steeper angles of the new 722 frame. I haven't heard anything regarding sizing, price or a release date yet.

I'm thinking of just moving the black wheels with gold nipples and gold chain over for some color. I don't really want a murdered out look, it's super played out imo.

I saw a photo a couple weeks ago of a black bike with black rims, hubs, and spokes with gold nipples, gold headset cups, and some very subtle red accents. Looked super nice and not that typical murdered out look.

Overall quality is comparable but the Orbit-X is one of my favorite headsets and is extremely good bang for the buck. I took one apart after nearly a year and there was literally no gunk inside.

Now we're talking. That's what I would do if I got a black frame and didn't want to go MO'd. But then people might think you're a Raiders fanatic, which if you are then it's not a problem. Man I can see this thing in my head now, I think it would look sick. You get a black fork? Maybe go with silver stem and black bars.

We have the regular black Volée tape too (which is awesome), I just haven't had a chance to put it up on the site yet.

hey scrod, your straight blade lugged fork looks pretty dang similar to leaders s803. is there any reason why i wouldnt want to put your lugged fork on my 722 instead of the s803?

They're very similar in design but the blades on our fork are a little thinner and have more of a round shape. Also, the crown has a little more of an angled look to it. Rake is about the same so you'd have no issues.

I have that PDW. It's a nice little tool, the finish hasn't scratched, nor has it scratched my rims. Glad you carry it now, you're becoming a well-stocked, one-stop dealer for most things fixed gear. I'm pretty happy about it.
