Classic & Vintage - places to get powder coating/ painting done thread

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I was thinking about how daunting it is to figure out what the best place in your area to get powder coating or painting done for your C & V, so if any of you have good experiences with a particular shop post them up here.

They're not local to me, nor have I done business with them, but Spectrum Powder Works (spectrumpowderworks dot com) not only has a stellar rep for quality, but they do stuff I didn't even think was POSSIBLE with powder:

From what I've heard, they're not cheap, but their quality is well worth the price.

I highly recommend Groody Brothers (http://www.facebook.com/GroodyBros) in the Kansas City area. They specialize in bicycle powder coating (as opposed to industrial powder coaters who can "do" bikes too.) Good guys to work with, and they totally understand vintage bicycles.
