I'm not a local, and for the past 3 years have been struggling mightily to locals on bikes. Whether it's a fun cruise around the block, a road ride, or a XC mountain ride at the Reservoir, it's not easy to find folks that like to ride. Slowly that mindset is changing. We've got great year round weather...except for the last 3 days:)...wide, low traffic streets, and a great XC trail system, urban trail system, an increasing network of bike lanes and sharrows, a small core group of bicycle advocates, a small core group of local mtn and road riders, but still the battle is up hill. The system is rounding into place, now we just need locals on bikes!! Any suggestions?
