Hi,
My name is Erin and I am currently designing a training device to aid in the run-up to races. It will be able to be used for both domestic and gym purposes. I was wondering if you have any views on it? I could either focus on a system made up entirely of weights, or I could focus on the actual activities during the race - like there will a bit for swimming, running and cycling. Even if you have information on any problems you currently have with your training, could you send me some info as it would very very helpful,
