Foo - Leftovers... what are you having?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I pulled this out of the freezer...

I have that but with scallops also. Also my rice didn't turn out as pretty as theirs.

I was going to have some cheese toast for breakfast. I had 2 slices of leftover Hawiian style pizza I had left on the sun-porch last night. My favorite room of the house is as cold as the refrigerator right now.
Wienerschnitzel. (well, not really: it's turkey breast rather than veal, but very passable.)

From Wiki, that would be putenschnitzel.

Black bean/split pea soup. Chunks of ham, baby red potatoes and carrots that we cooked in peppercorn sauce before being added to the soup. Throw is a bunch of spicy garlic from the grinder and some red pepper flakes and you've got a soup that get's better the longer it sits.
I call this leftovers 'cause the rice and can of oysters have been in the pantry for a long time.
I searched the pantry and found a bag of rice, a tin of oysters and a frozen bag of mixed veggies and one of snowpeas!
I made some steamed rice. Got out my wok, mixed up my stir-fry sauce. Stir fryed half the bag of veggies, half of the snowpeas and placed them over a bed of steaming rice. I don't really like oysters so I threw them in the wok, poured the left over stir fry sauce over them, fryed them for a few seconds and placed them over the veggies. Yummy!
