I want to know a little bit more about this frame? If anyone has anymore info I would love to hear it. I don't know how i feel about it...feedback?

Its a great one for sure.
It's the small, white one? If so, it's definitely entry level based on the claw rear derailleur, safety levers and stem shifters. My guess would be an early 1980s Nishiki Custom Sport.
From what I can see the rear chain could use a couple of links removed, as it not quite wrapping all the chain. The rear derailleur may be a replacement. It's hard to tell in the pics and it may be because the front wheel is cocked, but the fork may be bent.
Provided it is in good shape and I'm (hopefully) wrong about the fork, at $80, it's a good price for a 17" frame. These can be very hard to find. If you purchase it, we can determine the exact year via the serial number.
