Sorry I don't have photos to attach. Just looked at an early Paramount touring bike. 21 1/2" frame. Cinelli stem and bars, Weinmann centerpulls, Campy triple crank with 170 arms, Campy high flange hubs, bar end shifters, seatpost, headset and pedals. Nice Brooks saddle. The odd thing is that the frame is stamped "P-3" , rather than the "P-13" I would have expected for the touring model. Lots of toe clip overlap with the front wheel, as though this were a racing frame. Any Paramount experts who can weigh in on this odd situation? He's asking $600 for the bike. Rusty spokes, very rough paint with a big patch missing on top of the top tube up near the headset, chrome is fine though... Any opinions on value? Thanks
