Last week I rode the entire last lap of the local cross race on a flat front tire. On closer inspection, the mfg'er used a standard narrow road tube in my 35c tire. I've changed to a wider, heavier tube but wondering if putting SLIME in the tube is a good idea or not.
Compared to the mud that the wheel collects, I doubt if the Slime would be something I'd notice.
Any slime users out there with input? Does the stuff really work as advertised?
