Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Forgive Me, Wheels?

So I've decided to sell my red bike build to a pal, but since it has no wheels I'm taking the stock ones off my bianchi so he can get rolling which leaves me open to grabbing a new set for myself. However since I know nothing about wheels I don't even know where to begin. And hey while we are on the topic I scooped up another frame to build up and it has rear spacing of 110mm that I'd like to set up with for single speed (http://knowyourmeme.com/i/000/052/812/original/Deal_with_it_dog_gif.gif?1275684729) which is also going to need a set of wheels. Also sorry for starting yet another wheel thread. thanks in advance for the help.

What type of frame? Keirin, BMX, original Monocog, junk...?

There are some Mavic Open Pros laced to Dura Ace track hubs on eBay at the moment.

How much money are you willing to spend?

How about telling your friend to contact Velomine for a nifty set of red Weinmanns and then he can give you your wheels back. The red Weinmanns were on sale recently for just a little over a hundred bones.

He won't go for that, trust me. But I suppose in terms of budget I'd prefer to keep it $200 & $200 MAYBE $300 for one set. or even less for that matter! Nice. In case you didn't see my post in the thread I linked, I have those rims. I think they're a great deal. Reasonably light and very strong. I like the way they look too.

hey alright! ok next lame question, is there really a difference between the 32 and the 36 aside from appearance, strength and maybe the slightest extra weight?
I also didn't notice anything about the rear spacing so I guess I'll just contact them about a possible 110 rear.

No, there's no difference that I'm aware of.

You can space the rear wheel out by adding washers between the locknut and the cone (? although it's not really a cone because they're cartridge bearings.) But anyway, I'm actually not sure if they're originally spaced 110 or 120mm. If they're 120 I'm not sure that you could get them down to 110mm.

You can take the locknuts off therear axle to get 110 spacing. There is
really no need for locknuts on sealed bearing hubs so it will work fine.
