Not passed yet. It still has to go through the state house and then get a signature. Maybe someone will amend it in the house to at least a couple of Benjamins for violation. Our "room to fall in the direction of the passing motorist" law in OR has, at least to my knowledge, never been enforced. It carries a fine of around $370.
