Can anyone tell me about the availability of good 27x1 or 27x1 1/8 tires in Malaysia and Thailand?
I'll give two examples of what I mean from a low and mid-price point :

I'm building up a vintage road race bike and have narrow, lightweight 27" clincher rims on hand, but if good, fast, 27" tires are a rarity, I'll build the wheels with 700C rims instead. I'm hoping to avoid having to buy another set of rims.
