Gumwall Panaracer Pasela Tour Guard tires are available in 700 x 25.
I'll be the first of many to +1 Paselas.

I still insist that Paselas are not true gumwalls. Gumwalls are the color of gum hoods. They have the same problems as gum hoods, so it's a good thing that they're not. These Specialized Nimbus tires are gumwalls. They're dried out and the sidewalls are brittle and beginning to come apart.

Paselas are good tires and I have them in both 27x1" and 700x25c.
Not as nice, but much cheaper, are the CST gumwalls available from Niagara:

I've run these on a couple of everyday rides and used them on flippers. Same as Nashbar's in-house cheap tire.

+3 Pasela and one of the smoothest running tire I've experienced.
If you're building up a really nice road frame and need a good tan sidewall tire, google "veloflex". They're handmade in Italy at the old Vittoria plant, and I got a pair a few years back. Gorgeous tires.

I agree. Paselas are more of a tan color than yellow. Most folks here on the C$V prefer them though.

I just picked up one of these CST tires at the swap meet last week. It's a cheap tire, but does have the correct color that the OP is looking for.

+1 Paselas are great.
+1 they're not gumwalls, they're tan skinwalls...but provide the C&V look most of us strive for.

Just bought a set of these Michelin Erilium 2 tires for cheap. They only come in 23c however, so no help for the OP. I haven't ridden them yet, but if the red strip matches your bike, they might be another option in a limited field.

I used to ride Michelin Bib Sport 25 which was a nice, long wearing gumwall. I can only get them in 27" these days but if you find them in NOS 700c they are great. There is a similar Wolber 700x25 but I have never used it.

I don't think most know the difference between gum wall and skin wall..... I think they are just looking for a tan sidewall with the vintage look.
