If you don't mind the road rash, that Professional that CudaK888 is selling on the Sales Forum might be a good deal. Maybe you could make an offer, but he seems pretty tight to me.

I've usually had great luck buying Brooks saddles from wiggle.co.uk, when you factor in their free international shipping over $75. For awhile they also had the best prices by far on Carradice saddlebags.

Bell's Bikes in philly, an ebay seller, has very low pricing (by Brooks standards).

My LBS (http://www.vicsclassicbikes.com/?q=node/80) if you were in Louisville. I've bought all but one of my unused saddles from him. He keeps a good stock and prices them about 15% below MSRP.

I always get them from SJS. Considering they come from the UK, they get here shockingly fast. That said, I generally buy when the Euro is quite low.

What model are you looking for?
Bell's (as Aaron mentioned) are barely higher than the UK on B17s.
Swallows and Swifts seem to always be better deals in the UK...Ribble, Wiggle, and Chain Reaction seem to usually have a decent selection/prices.

Recently I picked up my Violet Brooks Colt from this ebay seller. He was about $60 less than every other ebayer on the Colt, and about that same amount less than the best price I could find anywhere. He has a wide selection. I don't know how these other prices compare.

If you'll let me, I'll ask a related question. Who has the best price on the titanium railed Brooks Pro?
IIRC, they save about 1 pound. The thing is, that savings comes at an inordinantly premium price.

Treefort bikes has the B17 right now for $80. Not sure how that compares with UK sellers.

People on the iBOB list were saying the wiggle orders were taking over a month to get to the US East Coast. Has anyone had similar experiences?

I heard that there was a big disruption to the UK postal service around the turn of the new year. So, not really an issue of Wiggle, per se. It seems to have been resolved. All of my orders from Wiggle have gotten here within a few days.

I'd be careful buying from ebay sellers. Brooks doesn't authorize selling on ebay, so if you end up with a flawed saddle they won't stand behind the warrantee. I speak from personal expensive experience.

I bought a B17 Special from Wiggle in January that took about two weeks to arrive. Not bad, I'd say. And the shipping was free.

I find it's sometimes free to buy a bike on CL that has one, swap out the seat, then resell.

I'm lucky...I live a 20 minute bike ride from Bells. I buy from them as an authorized retailer.

but they won't do local pick up on ebay auctions, at least thats what they told me when I asked and they wanted to charge ******** shipping prices to send it to me 25 miles away. If their store prices are as good as their auction buy it now prices it might be worth a trip though.

I typically shoot them an email, set up an appointment and run right over. No fuss, no muss. The only suck is you will get hit with the sales taxes. Be warned...it's hard to find if you don't know the area.
I've done extremely well with them...except when it's something exotic. Sometimes they think they can get things they can't get and aren't great on communication with where your order status is.

Also, watch PERMACO. Generally, their prices aren't spectacular, but they have great deals occasionally buried in their circa 1995 website.
I got my Brooks pro from them for $80, shipped.

I do not understand this, at all. Please explain yourself. I cannot read minds, at least not from across the continent.
