Fifty Plus (50+) - Kona Lisa, Kona Lisa - not N+1 but nice - Warning DG content

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I cannot help myself; sometimes I build new bikes just because:

I've never wanted a tri-geek bike, but that looks like a nice one.
You've done it again. Nice work.

I have a Kona hybrid that I love. Cool looking bike you have there!
How much clearance between the tire and the 'seat tube'?

Those are some narrow handlebars but then again, that's a pretty small frame size so I guess they go together.

Only a few mm. I had to buy 700x20c tires because the 700x23c rubbed.

She's a 'stealth' bike.

Good grade on the overall concept and line, but do I see platform pedals with the aerobar-style bike? This does not compute....

OK - I agree but ...
I'm selling the bike because it's a woman specific bike (tall woman). I built her for fun and to use up spare parts. Bikes with pedals sell faster than bikes with no pedals and sometimes platform pedals attract more attention than Look, SPD, or other specific styles. The buyer will probably own or buy their own preferred style. I've had some buyers show up with their shoes and pedals. I've had other buyers grateful when I took Look pedals off so they could test ride with platforms. I should modify my ad to offer Look pedals as an even exchange.
