So far I'm liking "Codex" the most right now, maybe "Lotus Flower" second. They're all fantastic really.

since the bends, each album gets progressively more overtly more minimalist and not so covertly more challenging for the listener.
not much meat on the last two albums.

I'm enjoying it too. Codex and Bloom are my favorite tracks currently, after two listens. To me at least, Radiohead- along with a few other artists like UNKLE, Jimi Hendrix, Yoko Kanno, etc- has a rare ability to bend genres and change direction between albums while still having a signature "sound", and rarely if ever any throwaway tracks on their albums.
On another note, I like the free download system they've had since In Rainbows. I do pay- sometimes only after a payday- but it's nice to see a group have that much faith in their fans (and, judging by the money In Rainbows made, it was at least partially justified).

Well up to now I've enjoyed most of their work. Listened to some of this one and really was not moved by it. I think brilliance of Porcupine Tree has just ruined me for other music.

It seems like more of a follow up to "KID A" than "Hail to the thief" was. I've yet to really get into it.
Yes, it's very good. I really like bloom and how it starts out. The whole album is a good experience. Separator is all right as well..
