It's there to serve the Hashing community worldwide.

This isn't my website. It may look like I'm promoting it, but I'm just letting people know it's there, seeing as how there's only one other hashing site out there, and it only serves two small areas.
And seeing as how it's not bicycle-related, this post belongs in Foo, not here. Good call, moderator.
