Bicycle Mechanics - deformed twisted Dura Ace 2th anniversary RH spider (FC-7700)

I recently purchased a partial Dura Ace 25th anniv. groupset (brakes, FD, RD and crankset)

mounting the crankset (FC-7700) however I notice a slight but noticeable wobble in the chain ring. The gap between the chain stay and the rings varies noticeably when you spin the RH crank.
I have tried this with two sets of rings, so I suspect the spiders are somehow, slightly misaligned.

my LBS guy confirmed this assessment and told me that he had had the same problem with a 25th anniversary crank, that it was a known (or at least common) problem, especially with heavier riders.

anyone else ever heard of this problem?
is there anything that can be done to realign things? or do I just toss it and replace it?

thanks

Peter

The axle could be bent if both cranks wobble. I have with other ranks hit the spider arm that is off with a rubber mallot and have come close enough to not affect shifting. or put a punch on the inside chainring bolt to tap it back out.
