I rode this in 2006 and am returning this year. The ride, over two days, is 184 miles. My initial goal is $500. I cover the first $100 plus lodging. I'm looking for additional donors. The link is in my signature line.

This is such a great ride - it's been a few years since I did it, but I may have to consider for this year. Right now training for Tour de Cure in NC - taking 2 teenage boys on their first century. If we survive that one, the C&O might be their next challenge! Good luck, and have fun.
