The seller says it's a restoration.
If it's well-done (which it appears to be - but you'd want to see the lug lining up close), then I'd try to talk the seller down a little, but the price is in the ballpark, IMO. The Prugnat lugs give it a little extra mojo.

Yes, depends on the word "restoration". I am guessing original paint is gone, but you might get lucky. Hopefully decals are the right era.

Thats a fair street price if it has the original paint. I'm curious as to if it ever had DT or stem shifters as the current DT cable stop is mounted too low on the DT.
