I found a kestrel talon sl on craigslist. It appears to be in working order but has cosmetic wear. It is posted at a price around 850. What do you think? He has no papers for it which leads me to believe it is possibly stolen, but Im 17 with little money so Im not sure thats so bad. Im thinking about offering 550 and making the transaction at a bike store where a mechanic can look it over.
