I am looking do build a new frame, and want to use carbon lugged carbon tube. I have built a frame before (lugged steel) so I am not completely new to this. Are there any companies offering the correct carbon tubes and lugs, or am I completely on my own?

Nick Crumpton builds CF frames using "tube-to-tube" lugless construction. THIS THREAD (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/691802-Carbon-fiber-tubing-supply) has carbon tubing sources, while THIS THREAD (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/600697-Glued-frames) discusses Crumpton's CF tube joining method.

Hope this helps.
