can anyone tell me the year, model and the value of this bike tyvm
Is that a 1" headset? That 'dale might be older than '92 then. I think in '92 Cannondale was using 1 1/4" on some bikes.
Its a good bike with a light strong aluminum frame. As for value, its worth whatever someone would pay for it. I'd just donate it to a Goodwill/ARC. I doubt you'd get $50 for it.

Oh thanks someone was selling for $200 on craigslist I thought about buying maybe I should talk it down to $100
The general consensus is that mountain bikes get no love from the market, so $200 is rather high.
But as a keeper, it looks like an awesome urban bike if it fits.
Given how far it is outside the city, I can't imagine he has many offers. You could probably get him closer to $100.

Appears 90's model -- Cannondale did use 1" steerers on some models into the mid-90s. It's a good frame, very light. Group is probably junk, ask what model (e.g. SM-xxx or whatver). Looks like alum fork so it'll have a STIFF ride. Would make a good urban bike. And it is a Cannondale. I'd pay $100 for it, no prob. 200$ is high but not crazy if great condition.
It looks to be a 1990's with the decal on the top tube and rapidfire shifters. Which is good as they came w/ Crmo forks in varing degrees of quality depending on the line. Components either SunTour XCM or Shimano Deore again depending on level.
