Probably a dumb question but what do I need to know about buying a wheel set online? I'm looking to get this set of Deep V's:

Does everything basically come built? Will it just be matter of tossing a cog, lock ring, rim tape and tires on? Thanks.

Well, first off I would check velomine if you haven't already, as I feel like they may have them cheaper. Second, the wheel will come built, all you have to do is add cog, lockring, rimtape, tube and tire. And maybe have it trued at your LBS.

Just read that you live in philly, just go to bells and buy them in person/ maybe get a deal on all the other stuff.
