So I found a wheel set to up grade my 1986 schwinn prelude to 700c size wheelset from ritchey. I read some bad things about these hubs are they really not rebuildable?

Ok now the offer is ritchey wheelset with tires and shimano st 4500 brifters for $120 is that a good buy?
