As is $100.
- Foam rubber grips suggest nothing was ever done to maintain the bike -(whether this is true or not)
- Expensive tires add nothing to resale (to most buyers, tires are tires - but they expect them to be new, or the price reduced.)
- Just by adding fresh bar tape, you could get a bit more and have an easier time finding a buyer. These are pretty nice all-around bikes.
It appears to be a nice, clean original bike with out any rust issues. Although lower end, yours looks very clean. I would list it for $160 and take $135 if the buyer negotiates.
I would check them stem to make sure it is not above the minimum insertion.

I'd probably list for between $140 and $160 and take between $110 and $160. The upside is clean, QR, new tires, and alloy rims. The downside is suicide levers, 27" wheelset, and stem shifters. My market is above average in size and higher priced than most. In a weaker market figure up to $70 less.
Your ad and picture quality will make a difference if you're using Craigslist.
