Hello! I am a middle aged, middle school PE/Health and Wellness teacher hoping to do a long distance ride this summer. I've been cycling for a couple years and would like to do a 2 1/2 to 3 week ride early this summer somewhere in the USA. I have been dealing with some excessively stressful family situations and believe that getting away and out on the road will be a great way to clear my head and gain some much needed perspective... I have the big "thumbs up" from my husband to get outta Dodge, now all I need is some direction... I'll be looking for sage advice from the gurus on this forum....
