I have a Fuji frame that I'd like to identify the model and manufacture date. I looked through the Fuji serial number site and judging by what it says, it was manufactured in November 1972. Problem is the same site offers catalog photos and they do not match. The frame has holes in the top tube where the rear brake cable threads through and none of the photo's I can fine have this. Anyone have any ideas?

Serial number FK703081.

Also forgot to mention that the original frame color was turquoise.

You seem to assume the serial number is a C1 (http://classicfuji.com/0_Serial_Number_TableAA.htm) variant, whereas I'm led to believe by the internal brake cable routing it is the C3 variant, making it a November 1987 frame.

Is it a 1988 model year Tiara (http://classicfuji.com/1988_12_Tiara_Page.htm)?
