A politician went to his doctor for Viagra as he wanted to improve his sexual performance. He came back later complaining of headaches.

After a battery of tests, the doctor called him back. "We can't find anything physically wrong with you," the doctor informed him. But we did notice something unusual.

"Go ahead and tell me, Doc."

"Well, it's not a health-related issue, but it seems you've grown two inches taller."

Politicians, like lawyers in general, are known by most normal people to be dick-heads. Hence the growth to that area rather than the usual...
