yes... it's now fall. i'm just going to have to admit it, eh?
i'm right at the turn-around point in a 60 mile ride yesterday when the skies opened up and the hail started coming down. love that. thankfully, it wasn't that big (mostly just a hard rain), so i was able to continue through it -- but any fear of riding in the wet is gone now.
now i also know that my swank new nike gloves are wind- but not water-proof. time to get something else for the hands. ditto on the arm warmers.
anyway, i get home after all of that, and my wife hadn't even noticed that it rained :lol:
anyway, 24 mph into hail is stupid, but quite fun. better still -- there were about 4 other bikers out there at the same time.
