Greetings from South Carolina!

I have biked in Europe for almost 20 years with my family, and friends were always asking how I planned and organized our trips. So last year, I left the business world to start writing a series of guidebooks on biking in Europe, specifically France. I'm currently working on my first two books, and also publish the blog, Experience France by Bike. I love sharing information on the wonderful, safe bike routes that are being developed in France, and helping them plan fun biking adventures. I hope you will visit my blog at www.experiencefrancebybike.com and let me know what you think!

Hello and Welcome to this Forum.

Biking in France is indeed a very nice way to spend holidays, it is one of my favourite countries.
Have you been in the Doubs valley? Highly recommended.

Greetings from Ingolstadt at the Danube river

I have biked the Danube River from Regensberg past Vienna three times, but that is the extent of my biking in Germany. I write about biking in France, so this is where I spend most of my time. I take several trips a year, but at this point, am limited to taking any more trips. I will add the Doubs valley to my wish list of trips to take! Happy Biking!
