Are those any good?
I think this might be my impulse buy of the week.

Nah, need a Porteur rack, and so have the capacity for 12 bottle cases.

Booze in Panniers. More stealth, less jailbait.

I prefer my beer stirred, not shaken.
Nice looking bike and all, but I don't think I would trust that thing on our lousy local roads. My Carradice saddle bag holds a six pack.

Interesting idea but it seems like the beer might get in the way.
I prefer to carry the beer up front where I can keep an eye on it...

What kind of bike do you have? Specialized makes a rack that connects to cantilever studs on the fork specifically for six packs. Even has a bottle opener on the front.

There is no way in the world that I would trust a six-pack of bottles to that band. One little tear in the packaging and broken bottles everywhere. Use a rack or panniers instead.

seems like your knees would hit the 6 pack. that would get annoying fast. The specialized rack is awesome. Not speaking from experience, just saying it's awesome that such a thing exists. I feel inclined to buy one, just to have.

Note that the bottles in the photo don't have any caps to gouge the bikes paint. Also glass this close to my legs (and femoral artery ! ) is not comforting at all if I crash!!

In other words....no thanks I've got better ways to haul my beer.

looks like the leather on the TT should be adequate to protect from chafing the paint but you do have to wonder why they would use empty bottles in the picture...

Are you buying beer or BEEER? FWIW I don't think I would trust a cardboard 6 pack holder to hold beer for very long under most road conditions.
Here is my BEER hauler 1.5 miles to the store and 1.5 miles back...downhill :D Capacity is around 2.5 cases of bottled or 4 cases of canned.
