Is this doable?
Its probably dented 1-2mm where the top part of the headset goes in...the frame is aluminum and it was free so i'm not to sad if its busted

I had a similar situation with an aluminum frame and was able fix it. Assuming that the dent is at the top and inwards, first use a steel drift and hammer from the inside to reverse the dent as much as possible. Next, use a Dremel tool with a grinding wheel to smooth out the surface where the top headset cup is installed. On mine you can't even tell there was a dent from the outside.

Totally fixable. If you don't have the tools, any motorcycle shop worth its salt will be able to repair that for a minimal charge.
