new rider only 2 weeks left mountain bike for road bike .bought a cervelo r3 ,my attitude is, if your gonna do something, than really do it.wife is in shock what i paid and is just beginning to speak to me again but it was sure nice that break i had.;)Anyway, i raised that seat post slid the seat back about half an inch stopped squeezing the handle bar and finally got the hang of this doubleclick rival gear shifting.also im not going into tight gears and im letting the bike ride me.Bike is so silent when when pedaling its just a pleasure.I dont feel any bumps on the road due the frame construction, which is why i chose this bike to begin with.A proper bike fit was the key for me.now if i dont killed by a car this is gonna be a good old time.Decided on speedplay click ins for my pedals since you can get in or out either direction. Why all pedals are not made that way is beyond me.love my new sport love my bike love a well made machine.peace all
