There's no coverage of any pro races in our area except the Tour (and even that coverage is pretty poor compared to other regions). You will need to source a stream on the internet and endure various levels of quality and disruption as the copyright holders shut down the streams as the race progresses. Usually you can get a Eurosport feed but often non-English feeds are of better quality (in my experience anyway).
The other option is to try and avoid any spoilers and search for a torrent or download after the fact.

I didn't try Paris/Roubaix but I'm getting the Giro on Rogers Sportsnet - Channel 501 in my area.
