This bike is about 1 hour away from me... worth taking a look at for $480?

Lightweight lugged steel roadbike with heart shaped cutouts in the lugs

made in Italy

Campagnolo parts, with Universal brakes, 3ttt handlebar and stem

It's sold with the wheels pictures or the original NISI tubulars
I'd like to sell it soon, so reasonable offers are welcome

Lousy pictures, cottered crank, ugly frame. Even if it was 15 minutes away and $100 I wouldn't bother taking a look at that bike.

Hm. I was gonna say it was a pretty nice looking frame with cheezoid components... But yeah, $480 is high by a factor of at least two or so.

I don't think the frame is all that bad, but the "package" price seems steep.

I have been in shock though, over "asking" prices on our local CL all week.

What vintage do you believe it to be? Size?

I had an Olmo when I was at Colorado State in 1979. Not that one as it had been repainted. Mine was stolen.

Loved that bike.

Hey Jeff,

I got my masters at colorado state and now work a few blocks south... I'll keep any eye out for your stolen Olmo... the one in question I never checked out a bit far to drive on a whim with that price tag.
