I've done MTB before and had a few bikes on the rack. Never gave it its just chance though. So much easier to grab the roadie and hit the streets, commute to work each day, ride some fire roads on my cross bike or train for cross season. Never gave a big effort to offroad.
I've now just picked up a used Hardrock Pro Disc and intend to really give it a shot this time. Every weekend type of deal. Put away the roadie and get in the dirt.
Wish me luck. This bike has seen better days so now I'm going to look around for a few replacement parts and upgrades. I look forward to learning from you all and I'll certainly have questions.
